CEO
Conor has worked with medical devices for the whole of his career, training with Downs Surgical on instrumentation and Davis and Geck on their suture range. Following a period with Meadox Medicals, Conor established Fleetwood Healthcare in 1995. In his spare time, Conor is a poor but enthusiastic golfer.
Michelle Bennett
Sales Director
Michelle Bennett has been with the company for nine years and joined us from her position as CNM3 in the endoscopy unit of the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast. In 2012 Michelle took on responsibility for sales management and became our director of sales in 2015.

Victoria – Victoria’s training as a nurse provided the launching pad for a career in medical sales and has given her a passion for products that improve the patients’ experience and assists the medical professionals in achieving the optimum outcomes.
Brian Osborne
Sales Representative
Brian – Brian Osborne joined Fleetwood Healthcare in 2015 having spent 16 yrs previous in the medical device business. He came from Nursing having spent 7yrs in the Endoscopy unit at the Royal Group of Hospitals in Belfast. Outside of work he will be found in the gym, walking his dog and enjoying a glass of wine.
Paddy O’Donnell
Sales Representative
Paddy comes from a strong sales background working with Bard Medical and Ashfield Healthcare in the areas of biopsy and peripheral vascular. His BSc (Hons) Degree centred around Medical Device Design and because of this he has always been interested in the cutting edge of all medical devices. In his spare time he likes to go to music events and as many GAA matches as possible.
Sinead Martin
Customer Services Manager
Sinéad Martin joined Fleetwood Healthcare in 2007. She completed and Office Administration Course in Cabinteely Community College and had worked in Customer Service for over 10 years before joining the team. After one year she became our Customer Service Manager and within the last 3 years is also Sales Support Manager. She has taken part in 3 Hell & Back races & this year she will take part in her 20 th Mini Marathon. She is also a very keen GAA supporter and would attend all matches
Ann-Marie Keating
Accounts Manager
Ann-Marie joined the customer services team of Fleetwood Healthcare in 2004 after completing an office administration course in FÁS Loughlinstown, co. Dublin. After a year in the company she took on the role of Accounts Manager. In her spare time she likes to unwind on her horse & competes in various disciplines with the Foxborough Riding Club based here in wicklow.
Michaela Thomas
Customer Service / Sales Administrator
Michaela – Michaela joined Fleetwood Healthcare in 2012. She has an extensive background in customer service roles. Having successfully completed a diploma in business and administration Michaela brings marketing and IT skills for designing our in house product brochures and catalogues. In her spare time she loves walking with her dogs and exploring the remote corners of Ireland
Karl Wiesner

Karl joined the company in 2016. He has 7 years warehouse experience including Service Department Managerial experience. His interests include Fishing and working on Cars.
